KUOP (91.3 FM) is an NPR-member radio station, licensed to Stockton, California, United States. The station is currently owned by California State University, Sacramento and is part of the news network of CapRadio (formerly Capital Public Radio).
Cooper Douglas Kupp (born June 15, 1993) is an American professional football wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Eastern Washington, where he won the Walter Payton Award as a junior, and was selected by the Rams in the third round of the 2017 NFL draft.
KXJZ's programming is repeated on KUOP in Stockton at 91.3 FM, KKTO in Tahoe City at 90.5 FM, and KQNC in Quincy at 88.1 FM. KKTO's signal also reaches Reno and Carson City, Nevada , giving much of northern Nevada a second choice for NPR programming alongside that area's flagship station, KUNR .

In 1951, not long after marrying Charles Malcolm Dacus, Kulp moved to Hollywood, California, to work in MGM's publicity department. At the studio, director George Cukor soon convinced her that she should be an actress, so the same year she began her MGM publicity job, she also made her film debut as a character actress in The Model and the Marriage Broker. The switch was not possible without Capital Public Radio continuing to lease, and eventually acquire, KUOP from the University of the Pacific, as moving KXJZ to 90.9 required that station to maintain its news programming. The 88.9 facility covers Stockton better but does not reach the northern portion of the Sacramento metropolitan area.
