Cincinnati immediately outlawed festival seating at concerts, although it overturned the ban on August 4, 2004, [1] since the ban was making it difficult for Cincinnati to book concerts. Owned and operated by Live Nation, the amphitheater can seat 25,262: 10,444 in reserved seats and 14,818 on the lawn. [1] [2]
