Laurel Residence, also known as Villa Pacencia and Laurel Mansion, is a historic house located at 515 Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila.The three-story house was built in 1957 and was one of the three houses owned by the President of the Second Republic of the Philippines, José P. Laurel.
The Bahay Pangulo's original structure was built in the 1930s by the Bureau of Public Works and was designed by architect Juan Arellano and Antonio M. Toledo. [2] [3] [1] It was originally built as a rest house of the Malacañang Park for informal activities and social functions of the president.
