The J. Reuben Clark Law School (BYU Law or JRCLS) is the law school of Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah.Founded in 1973, the school is named after J. The Howard W. Hunter Law Library (Hunter Law Library) is the library of the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah.. It was named for Howard W. Hunter, the 14th President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who had been a lawyer in the Los Angeles area before he was called as a member of the Quorum of the Twelve.
Rasband is a specialist in public land law and natural resources law. [6] From 2004 to 2008, Rasband served as Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at the JRCLS.
