A bored Shinra tells a shocked Celty that Kasuka is Shizuo's younger brother, and that Izaya has two younger twin sisters named Mairu Orihara and Kururi Orihara, who are among the crowd of spectators. Mikado and Anri, shy of their dating status, unknowingly appears on the television show as potential candidates for the movie.
Celty changes from a suit of armor to a dress for Shinra to take a picture, only for Shinra to receive an unwanted call from Izaya, who is in the hospital.
