Kurbaan (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) is the soundtrack album to the 2009 film of the same name directed by Rensil D'Silva and produced by Dharma Productions and distributed by UTV Motion Pictures. The album featured six songs composed by Salim–Sulaiman with lyrics written by Niranjan Iyengar and Irfan Siddiqui.
The movie is known for its music and songs, including the title qawwali "Qurbani Qurbani", written by the Urdu poet, Faruk Kaiser and rendered by Kishore Kumar, Anwar, and Aziz Nazan. Qurbani Qurbani received a special award for 'The Most Amazing Evergreen Song' by Bollywood music producer, Kalyanji–Anandji.
The film was shot across Philadelphia, Brooklyn, New York City, Delhi and Mumbai between January 2009 to June 2009. The background score and soundtrack album are composed by the duo Salim–Sulaiman. The song sequences were choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant. Anurag Kashyap and lyricist Niranjan Iyengar have penned the dialogues.
