I understand that you'd like to go back to the old version of Outlook or what we now call the classic version of Outlook for Windows. Assuming that you already are using "new" Outlook for Windows app now, you can revert this change by using the steps from the guide below.

Hi Jen, Thank you for posting. May I know which Office 365 Business subscription are you using? If your Office 365 Business subscription (such as Microsoft 365 Business Standard) included the desktop versions of Office apps for PC.
Import the .pst File: Click the File tab. Select Open & Export (or sometimes just Open) Choose Import/Export. Select Import from another program or file and press Next. Select Outlook Data File (.pst) and press Next. Browse to the location where you copied your .pst files, select the one you want to import, and press Next.

I have used Outlook Express as my email client for (I believe) approximately 10 years. For some reason I hadn't been able to open Outlook Express for 2+ days. I did a re-install of my Windows 10. Perhaps I shouldn't have done this, as now my Outlook Express is completely gone. And I understand Microsoft no longer supports or updates Outlook ...
If you click your Windows Start button and go to All Apps and scroll down the list of Apps, you should find the Outlook App under 'O'. If Outlook defaults to opening in a browser you either have a desktop web link icon for Outlook or you are using Outlook PWA (Personal Web App). The actual Outlook App is definitely an App included with Office.
I purchased a new Surface and downloaded Office from Office 365 website. I had Office 2016 on my old device, but now only Office 2019 is available for download. Outlook 2019 is not compatible with my version of Exchange 2010, so I need Outlook 2016. Where can I download the Outlook 2016 installer? or even the entire Office 2016 installer?
The student versions do not include Outlook - you can get the new Outlook (works only with outlook.com / Microsoft 365 business accounts, and gmail but does not have an offline cache yet) if your office doesn't include Outlook, use eM client (its a good replacement for outlook), or use Windows mail.
Outlook has been unable to download images for awhile now. I tried changing settings in the trust center, setting pictures to download automatically, and uninstalling a Windows update that was known to cause issues with Outlook (I cannot remember the name). After doing all this, the pictures finally started downloading.
