Annunciation Monastery is a Benedictine monastery in Bismarck, North Dakota, USA associated with the University of Mary.The monastery's building was designed by noted modernist architect Marcel Breuer and constructed from 1959 to 1963. [1]
The interior was updated in 1887: North Dakota Episcopalians were aware of the liturgical importance of richly decorated surfaces. The church at Bismarck was redecorated in 1887, the interior painted 'three shades of terra cotta red, relieved by silver chamfers' to create a 'warm and cozy' effect.
The Liberty Memorial Building is located at 604 East Boulevard Avenue on the capitol grounds in Bismarck. It was originally built to provide additional office space for state agencies and to mark the end of World War I. The building is dedicated to the memory of the men and women of North Dakota who served in that war. [3]

The architects were originally Leonhard & Askew of Bismarck, [1] but were replaced by Ritterbush Brothers when their design proved too expensive. [2]
