On April 9, 2010, at about 10:20 a.m. a Blue Line train struck a vehicle at 47th Ave crossing. The vehicle, a green Honda Accord was dragged about 100 feet (30 m). Inside the vehicle was a woman about the age of 40, She was pronounced dead at U.C. Davis Medical Center.
