That being said the 43 is phenomenal for what it is. It is not designed to be a duty gun like the 19, 17 etc are. It’s designed as a single stack carry everywhere concealed type of gun. It gets a bad rep because the 365 came out soon after it did and spanked it on capacity. This lead to Glock doing the 43x platform. The 43 is a my favorite ...
The first ever beavertail/backstrap for the Glock 43. After designing a couple backstraps for the 43x and 48 I decided to give the 43 some attention. Like many others, my hands are too large for the small frame of the 43, so I went ahead and designed a beavertail that eliminates slide bite and gives me a little more material to grip onto for an ...
Sold my 43X already. Welcome to GT and welcome to the G43 Fanboyz Club! The G43 is a very concealable, super reliable and durable handgun that shares all the virtues of larger Glocks except the high capacity. I own a 365 but carry a g33 with a Pearce +2 extension. Carried a shield 9mm for 4 or 5 years. I bought the 365 for the 12+ 1 capacity and the awesome sights and the trigger is perfect. With a 43 you get plastic sights a trigger that to me always needs improvement 6+1 capacity and ergonomics no where as good as a 365.
