Kay Adams (born April 6, 1986) is an American sportscaster and television personality. She hosted Good Morning Football on NFL Network from 2016 to 2022. She previously had several on-air hosting roles and also served as the host of the DirecTV Fantasy Zone channel during football season.
She also has appeared on NFL Fantasy Live among other programs on the network. She was the youngest talent to be hired by the network. [ 1 ] Chex was recognized as part of the 2022 Forbes 30 Under 30 class, The Athletic's 40 Under 40: Rising Stars Shaping the Direction of the NFL and Front Office Sports 25 Under 25.
