Guys, sorry if this has already been discussed, but I'm in search of the rock bottom cheapest unlimited talk and text plan (no data is needed). It can be GSM or CDMA, I don't care really. I just want a basic phone that I can use heavily for voice and texting. I know that Page Plus has a $39.95 plan and Straight Talk has a $45 plan with data.
I can't find the thread I saw discussing this. I have a US Cellular E4 that is unlocked. I am looking for unlimited talk and text and am hoping for unlimited 2g data as well. I don't know if my phone will work on a Sprint mvno so I am leaning towards a GSM carrier as I know they will work in...
The cheapest is $80 or $97 + tax. A little bit less with a $10 or $15 one use first order code. And that's with ordering an HSN or QVC bundle and then having to do a transfer activation or harvest. Otherwise you are looking at $197 for unlimited T&T year plan with 24 GB.

Just finished setting-up a new BLU View 5G phone that came with a one year ULTD talk and text plan + 24 Gb of data. If the phone number were to be moved from the existing phone to another TF phone with the same plan as the existing phone, would the balances combine to two years of ULTD talk and text + 48 Gb of data? Currently on H2O wireless $30 plan but I dont find myself using much data. I could probably forgo data and be fine all together. I prefer AT&T coverage but T-mobile is ok....if cheap enough. I am looking at $25 plan from cricket as the cheapest for ATT right now. What else is available?
