The Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Chinese: 圣母圣诞堂) is a Roman Catholic church in Singapore. It is located in Hougang, the North-East Region of Singapore, and is within the Serangoon District. [1] It is well known as the oldest Catholic church for the Teochew community in Serangoon.
The church's Rosary Garden is another life-sized pilgrimage and devotion trail that was blessed on 25 March 2017 by Archbishop William Goh. [14] Mauduit's headstone is also located in the garden. The parish saw the need to add in a new Mass timing to cater to the crowd. With that, the Sunday 7.15pm Mass started, with the initial aim to cater to the crowd. It now caters to many parishioners, as well as people who are on shift work and are unable to attend Mass at any other timing on Sundays. The mass timing has since changed to 7.00pm.
