Honeywell was a component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average index from 1999 to 2008. Prior to 1999, its corporate predecessors were included dating back to 1925, including early entrants in the computing and thermostat industries. Bellevue 600 is planned to be located on a block bound to the south by Northeast 6th Street, to the west by 108th Avenue Northeast, and to the east by 110th Avenue Northeast. The Bellevue Corporate Center, a 10-story office building on the southwest corner of the block, was built in 1980 to serve as the regional office of Honeywell.
