The Red Wings televised Sunday home games from 1949–50 through 1959-60; the first six years were simulcasts, Budd Lynch did TV only in the remaining years. The Red Wings returned to TV when channel 50 went on the air January 10, 1965, doing simulcasts through 1972–73. Budd Lynch and Larry Adderly did TV for the next two years.
