Sheila and Jody take care of Karen's baby, whom they have named Hymie. When Sheila refuses to give the baby back to the hospital, Karen gives her an ultimatum: her or the baby. Sheila reluctantly chooses the baby, prompting Karen to pack her bags and run away. Lip tells Karen she will regret the decision in the future.
Sheila eventually overcomes her agoraphobia and continues to spend a great deal of her time with Frank.
