Troubadour is the twenty-fifth studio album by American country music singer George Strait. It was released on April 1, 2008 (see 2008 in country music ) on MCA Nashville Records . The album comprises twelve tracks, including two duets.
"Troubadour" is a song written by Leslie Satcher and Monty Holmes, and recorded by American country music singer George Strait. It was released in June 2008 as the second single and title track from his album Troubadour. The song was the 86th chart single of his career. It has become his 79th Top Ten single on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart.

This is a partial discography of Giuseppe Verdi's opera Il trovatore (The Troubadour) and Le trouvère (the revised version in French translation). At least 83 recordings exist of the opera as a whole, made between 1912 and 2011, although not all of them are absolutely complete.
He used a variety of performing names, most notably Norris the Troubadour, and released many of his recordings on his own independent record labels. His best known song as a writer, "We'll Build a Bungalow", was a chart hit for Johnny Long in 1950, and was performed by Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz in I Love Lucy .
