The Omaha Storm Chasers are a Minor League Baseball team of the International League and the Triple-A affiliate of the Kansas City Royals. They are located in Papillion, Nebraska , a suburb southwest of Omaha , and play their home games at Werner Park , which opened in 2011.
Decker brought the team's mascot with him to Asia from the United States for the WBC. The mascot is "Mensch on the Bench", a five-foot-tall plush stuffed toy that looks a bit like a rabbi or Hasidic Jew with a long beard and mustache who is wearing a tallis and holding a candle.
Werner Park is a minor league ballpark in eastern Nebraska, the home of the Omaha Storm Chasers (the Triple A affiliate of Major League Baseball's Kansas City Royals) and USL League One professional soccer club Union Omaha. The University of Nebraska Omaha Mavericks also occasionally used the stadium for some home college baseball games.

The Triple-A Omaha Storm Chasers (formerly Royals) of the International League opted for a smaller capacity venue at the new Werner Park, west of Papillion in Sarpy County. In 2021, after Charles Schwab Corporation acquired TD Ameritrade, the park was renamed Charles Schwab Field Omaha.
