The Clearfield Area School District is a midsized, rural, public school district. The district is one of the 500 public school districts of Pennsylvania. It is located within the central and northern portion of Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. Clearfield Area School District encompasses approximately 345 square miles (890 km 2).
Clearfield Area High School is part of the Clearfield Area School District. In the 2018–2019 school year, the Clearfield Area High School had 1,001 pupils enrolled in grades 9th through 12th. [1] As of the 2014-15 school season, the high school was made into a larger campus, now serving students from 7th through 12th grades.
