St Edward's Roman Catholic/Church of England School [1] is a co-educational secondary school and sixth form located in Poole in the English county of Dorset. [2]The school turned 50 years old in 2013, and is one of a small number of joint Roman Catholic and Church of England secondary schools in the country.

The sixth form has around 400 students and teaches a variety of A-levels. In September 2005, the school achieved Business and Enterprise Specialist School. [1] - However the school no longer uses this as its title following the re-brand in 2013. The school includes the Main Gryphon Secondary School, The Gryphon Sixth Form and Forget Me Not nursery.

A Sixth Form was introduced. Headteacher Pellegrini was replaced in 2007 by Liz Jones. In 2012 Ashdown Technology College was placed in special measures after Ofsted assessed the school as "inadequate" for overall effectiveness.
