Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning, also known as Baldi's Basics Classic, is a 2018 puzzle horror game developed and published by Micah McGonigal. Set in a schoolhouse, the player must locate seven notebooks which each consists of math problems without being caught by Baldi, his students and other school staff members, while also avoiding various obstacles.

Baldi would learn by reading about the USA in the letters coming back and attributed his fascination with life in the US to the letters. He immigrated from Italy to Philadelphia at age 14 with his father and 12-year old brother. Later he changed his name to "Charles Carmen Antonio Baldi" and adopted the "C.C.A. Baldi descended from a noble family from Urbino, Marche, where he was born. He pursued his studies at Padua , and is said to have spoken about sixteen languages during his lifetime, though according to Tiraboschi the inscription on his tomb limits the number to twelve.
Baldi was born on December 16, 1890, in Manayunk, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, the son of Louisa Eurindine (née Sobernheimer) and Carmine Charles Antonio Baldi. [1] In 1910, he graduated from Boys Central High School and later attended the University of Pennsylvania . [ 1 ]
