To add in that it is a haunted house is promotional, the statement is inferring that haunting and ghosts are real, and the Winchester House is one of the "most haunted" like there is some kind of competition that can be evaluated. How could that be evaluated if there is no evidence showing that ghosts exist?

    The phrase "The overwhelming consensus of science is that there is no proof that ghosts exist" is not supported or related to the statement "Ghosts themselves are not falsifiable". I have two concerns, the first, this sentence is really a way to get as saying "ghosts aren't real, 'science' proves it" without technically saying it.
