Ingham County (/ ˈ ɪ ŋ ə m / ING-əm) is a county located in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 Census , the population was 284,900. [ 2 ] The county seat is Mason . [ 3 ]
The former depot, built in 1902, was an active hub for Michigan Central Railroad's trains for more than 50 years and is a designated historical site in Ingham County.
The Benzie County Courthouse was constructed in 1912 as a recreation center and hotel, named The Grand.
