Vikings Esports [n 1] is a Vietnamese professional League of Legends team competing in the Vietnam Championship Series (VCS). It was founded in 2016 as Young Generation.The team was crowned VCS champions twice, and qualified for the World Championship in 2017, [1] 2018, [2] and 2022, [3] as well as the Mid-Season Invitational in 2019 and 2022.
From 2013 to 2017, the VCS was a tier below Garena Premier League (GPL). In 2018, the VCS broke away from the GPL and became a separate tier one league.
