Jennifer Faunce (born January 6, 1965) is an American politician and judge from Michigan. Faunce is a judge of the Macomb County Circuit Court in Michigan. Previously she was a judge of the 37th District Court based in Warren Michigan from 2003-2013. Faunce was a Republican member of the Michigan House of Representatives.
Jansen was appointed to the Michigan Court of Appeals in 1989 by the then-governor James J. Blanchard. [1] [2] Prior to her appointment, she served on the Macomb County Circuit Court. She also earlier served on the Macomb County Probate Court. When she was elected to that court in 1984 she became the first woman to serve on it.
The friend of the court office is part of the family division of the Circuit Court and handles domestic relations cases where minor children are involved. There are business court dockets in 17 Michigan county circuit courts. [ 4 ]

Eric Smith is a former Macomb County Prosecutor and convicted criminal. [2] He resigned on March 30, 2020, after criminal charges were filed against him. [3]Smith had also gained national notoriety in 2007 due to the Tara Grant murder case, which Smith personally prosecuted.
In 1972, Sanborn became a probate judge in Mount Clemens, and then in 1978 was promoted to circuit judge for Michigan's 16th Circuit Court. Sanborn served as circuit judge until 1990, when he retired and became a visiting judge for Macomb County. Sanborn's role in the Radulovich trial is highlighted in the book, To Strike at a King.
