If the option is already Off, toggle it On and Off again. Verify English is the primary language. If the available options are Primary or Alternate, select Primary.

Fox News is the only channel that does NOT work. For the past few weeks the Fox New Channel has been blinking in and out (video and sound). Now it does not come in at all. Audio drops on fox sports and NFL Network between commercial breaks. Been having this happen more often. First noticed after upgrading my mini box to contour. I live in Ahwatukee in Phoenix and have been experiencing a jerky or stuttering on the video feed on Fox during football games (cable tv). All other networks are fine as it seems to only be problematic during the football broadcasts. Commercials are fine. This occurred a few weeks ago and when I called they said it was a network problem regionally.
It could be congestion on your personal network...or it could be congestion on the Cox network. That'd be 2 different speed tests. After you rule out any congestion, you'd need to contact Fox Nation to investigate. Fox probably hires a Content Delivery Provider to distribute programming throughout different regions.
