My C drive keeps getting full. Only around 45 MB is free out of 228 GB. The biggest folder I have in there is Windows 10 with around 3 GB. There are no large hidden files. I check the Windows/Logs/CBS. It is only around 150 MB. I removed all downloads, temporary files, caches etc. The freed space quickly fills up again.

"My Computer" is now called "This PC". Your file explorer should appear by default on your task bar; it's icon looks like a file folder. If you don't have access to that shortcut, you can just type "this pc" or "file explorer" into the search box, and to get to your C: drive, just type "c:" into the same box.

When I check my drives under storage , it shows the new drive as OS, that is OK, but it also is all in red like the Drive C, I assume this is normal because it cloned drive C which is also showing the line in red because itis nearly full.
This PC - this is your local drive where all files you save to your local Documents, Pictures, Videos etc folders are kept. C:\ Drive would be This PC, this is where Windows and local files and apps are kept. You can sync files from OneDrive to your local drive or make them available on demand.
My C: drive is recognized by the Windows7 as it boots and works fine, including all software loaded, and has no errors in the Windows System or Application logfiles. However as of early last week - the C: drive is no longer visible when one open's up MY COMPUTER or WINDOWS EXPLORER - but C: drive is visible from Disk_Defragmenter & MMC/DiskMgmt.
