The electronic producer Varien released the song "Lilith", which is about this legend. In the 2015 film The Chosen, Lilith is a demon that possesses children and takes them to hell if six blood relatives are not sacrificed. The film also refers to Lilith as being the first wife of Adam.

The obvious injustice to Lilith— who seems to have asked no more than her fair half, while Adam was the encroacher, on the assumption that they were created equal —inspired Collier's version of the legend, according to which Lilith leaves Eden voluntarily, rather than submit to dominance, but loses thereby the blessing of motherhood.
The song may be an allusion to both the apple tree in Song of Solomon 2:3 which has been interpreted as a metaphor representing Jesus, and to his description of his life as a tree of life in Luke 13:18–19 and elsewhere in the New Testament including Revelation 22:1–2 and within the Old Testament in Genesis.
