One brochure claimed a 96.77% first-time USMLE Step 1 pass rate – but the school's actual pass rate is around 35%, according to the FTC" (Case No. 1:22-cv-1919).

The two-digit score was normalized to the three-digit score such that a 75 was equal to the minimum passing score (currently 194) for the USMLE Step 1.
