Holmes played basketball for Gorham High School in Gorham, Maine. She won state titles in each of her first two years. [1] As a senior, Holmes averaged 30.1 points, 16.7 rebounds and 3.9 blocks per game, and was named Maine Gatorade Player of the Year. She was a three-time Southwestern Maine Activities Association Player of the Year. [2]
Jennings played for Holmes High School of Kentucky and graduated in 1988. He averaged 34.4 points in his senior season and scored 41 points in a state tournament game.
