I know for sure I didnt create any USB recovery key. I don't even know when Bitlocker was turned on for my laptop. I also tried recovering my Bitlocker password using a few Password recovery tools to no avail. I tried enabling my SecureBoot again and then resetting the BIOS settings to defaults but D drive is still locked.

Answer. A. User. Replied on June 9, 2010. Report abuse. Bitlocker comes only with Vista Ultimate (and maybe Vista Enterprise but definitely not on Home Premium). To decrypt and transfer the data, you need to use another computer with Vista Ultimate (and of course the proper passwords and keys - or however you set it up).
