In other words, if you buy a $2000 computer with a free $150 gift card, they bill $1850 and $150 for a total of @$2000. You get a free gift card as advertised.
Now I wish to buy an iPad Air with a student discount when I opt out of the offer the amount (Apple pencil2 - said that it was free with a student discount(Web site)) was not deducted at my checkout. but the web page says that if I did not opt for the offer I will be get deducted the respective amount from my purchase. They must be registered in a recognised educational programme in the country of purchase. If intending to purchase directly from Apple in the United States (as declared), you must be a student in the United States.
There is a limit to the quantity of items you can purchase per year. 2 ipads per year. 1 Mac per year. The cycle of "year" was not specified. I was told that only Ipads and Macs are covered under the student discount and not other subscriptions. If there are any information I missed please comment. View in context.
