Try going into the Windows 11 - Apps and Features (start typing that in the Search box on the Taskbar) and look for an app named 'PC App Store' and uninstall it. Be careful when uninstalling that you answer any questions carefully, since some of these uninstalls try to get you to install something else in the process.
