Config > Plugins/Bios selector. scroll down to BIOS search paths and select wherever you placed the bios. I noticed there was no bios folder for pcsx2 so i just made one and put the bios in there. I installed Emudeck, said I needed a Bios when I went to open a game.

Yes, bios are specific to PS2 consoles. But like anything else, they can be dumped and shared. You can use almost any PS2 bios with PCSX2. The only one the developers suggest not use is the very first one.
dont use the aethersx2 that comes with rp3+. go to their website on the archive section look for android foldrer then download the top one then side load it to rp3+. it is more stable most of the games run 60fps in 1.5x or 2 resolution. Check the RP3+ community compatibility spreadsheet.
