Plumbing fixtures, drains, appurtenances and appliances used to receive or discharge liquid wastes or sewage shall be directly connected to the sanitary drainage system of the building or premises, in accordance with the requirements of this code.
The provisions of this chapter and the Indiana Plumbing Code shall govern the erection, installation, alteration, relocation, remodeling, rehabilitation, maintenance or addition to plumbing equipment and systems. Toilet and bathing rooms shall be constructed in accordance with Section 1210.
