Captain Pollution (voiced by David Coburn) is an evil counterpart to Captain Planet who appears in the two-part episode "Mission to Save Earth". Dr. Dr. Blight steals the Planeteers' rings and creates polluting duplicates of them with the opposite power of the Planeteers, which she gives to most of the Eco-Villains.
The final level allows the player to control Captain Planet, who must be navigated to the end of the stage by using and swapping powers held in bubbles throughout the level. He has an ecovillain boss fight, with either Hoggish Greedly, Dr. Blight and her computer MAL, Looten Plunder and his assistant Argos Bleak, or Duke Nukem.
Looten Plunder is behind a plan to ruin an environmental sustainable ranching operation. The Planeteers call Captain Planet, who defeats Plunder and Plunder is hauled off to jail again. Special Guest Stars: Hoyt Axton as Big Ed Baker, Manu Tupou as Imoto and Dennis Weaver as Dusty.
