In 1999, Taz left ECW to join the World Wrestling Federation (WWF, later WWE) where he was renamed "Tazz". After largely retiring from the ring in 2002, he transitioned into a color commentary role. Upon leaving WWE in 2009, [3] Taz joined Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as a color commentator. He left TNA in 2015.
