The Ministry of Transport, National Infrastructure and Road Safety (MOT) (Hebrew: משרד התחבורה, התשתיות הלאומיות והבטיחות בדרכים, Arabic: وزارة المواصلات والأمان على الطريق) is a government agency that handles transportation and road safety issues in Israel.
The National Road Company is the successor of the Public Works Department (PWD) of the Ministry of Transportation (PWD in Hebrew: מע"צ, Ma'atz), which was founded in 1921.
