Sheriff Greg Baloun was elected Dickinson County Sheriff in 1992 and subsequently took office on January 1, 1993. Sheriff Baloun is currently serving his seventh term in office, having been re-elected in 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2016.
