Lapu-Lapu's at-large congressional district is the congressional district of the Philippines in Lapu-Lapu City. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 2010. [3] Previously included in Cebu's 6th congressional district, it includes all barangays of the city.

Lapu-Lapu, officially the City of Lapu-Lapu (Cebuano: Dakbayan sa Lapu-Lapu; Filipino: Lungsod ng Lapu-Lapu), is a highly urbanized city in the Central Visayas region of the Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 497,604 people. [2] It was formerly known as Opon, the city being renamed to its present name in 1961.
Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, and Mandaue, also collectively known as the "tri-cities", the three largest and highly urbanized cities of Metro Cebu, account for 22.2%, 11.3%, and 8.3% of Central Visayas' gross regional domestic product respectively as of 2020. [7] Cebu City is the primary economic center of Metro Cebu.
