The Farwell Building is a commercial building and residential building located at 1249 Griswold Street in Downtown Detroit, Michigan. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1974, [ 2 ] and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

Oakman Elementary/Orthopedic School - Closed in 2014. The school, serving grades PreK-5, [3] was established and specially designed to accommodate children with physical disabilities, but it also enrolled children with no disabilities. The college closed all undergraduate programs at the end of the Fall 2017 semester ostensibly to focus exclusively on graduate programs with a reduced staff and faculty.
