    Don’t do it! They will let the manager and DM know if your complain, have their lawyers advise how Walgreens is right, and throw you to the curb.     HR is not on your side. HR exists to protect the company legally. They side with employees from time to time because doing so prevents a lawsuit or other problems but if there is no legal standing or they can find a way to get around the legal issues and still ignore you or even screw you over they will.

    Walgreens corporate hr isn't really useless, but they don't have stores in mind they just want to get rid of the things that are affecting their sales Also bringing a weapon to work is technically against the stubborn's policy so bring that up to your sm as well And you could technically File the complaint as harassment
