Obviously you can get it from you store or pharmacy manager, but I was having trouble getting in contact with mine during the time I needed the phone number.

Don’t do it! They will let the manager and DM know if your complain, have their lawyers advise how Walgreens is right, and throw you to the curb. I had a manager with us finger wagging in my face yelling at me to fill a cancelled C2 I’d refused (the tech refused first) telling me to go home if I didn’t fill.
HR is not on your side. HR exists to protect the company legally. They side with employees from time to time because doing so prevents a lawsuit or other problems but if there is no legal standing or they can find a way to get around the legal issues and still ignore you or even screw you over they will.
