Nimb Hotel, or simply the Nimb, is a five-star boutique hotel in the Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen, Denmark. The hotel is located in a historic building from 1909 and was built in a Moorish-inspired Historicist style. In 2009, Condé Nast Traveller ranked it as #40 on their list of the best hotels in the world. [1]

Louise Nimb (9 October 1842 – 3 May 1903) was a Danish chef and owner-manager of several restaurants in Copenhagen in the 19th century. Her cookbook, Fru Nimb's Kogebog (Mrs. Nimb's Cookbook), was published in 1888, one of several books published by her.

CABINN Esbjerg is from 1994 and was the first hotel outside Copenhagen. The hotel has been expanded several times, most recently in 2007, and now has a capacity of 320 beds in 136 rooms. It is located close to the city's pedestrianized principal shopping street and the main railway station at Skolegade 14.
In 2019, the name was modified slightly, to Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen. At its completion the hotel was the largest in Denmark. At 69.60 meters in height, it was the first skyscraper in Copenhagen , and until 1969, the tallest high-rise building in Denmark . [ 2 ]
