Applicants applying for admission to a University of Wisconsin institution must submit the University of Wisconsin System Application, official high school transcripts, ACT/SAT test scores (some institutions require test scores directly from the testing agency), and the application fee or request for a waiver of the application fee.
Starting on August 1 every year, you can begin applying to the University of Wisconsin–Madison. As a first-year applicant, you can apply using either the Common Application or the Universities of Wisconsin Application. There is no preference between applications.
