Jerome Robert Corsi (born August 31, 1946) is an American conspiracy theorist and author. [1] [2] His two New York Times best-selling books, Unfit for Command (2004) and The Obama Nation (2008), attacked Democratic presidential candidates and have been criticized by opposition.
Corsi said his purpose in writing the book was to defeat Obama in the 2008 United States presidential election. [1] In the book, he recounts Barack Obama's upbringing and early political career in Chicago and argues that Obama is an "extreme leftist" who should not be elected president.
