Or, was your bank the post office, because they have stopped taking international transfers, which is what etsy is.

I just want to say that etsy customer service no longer exists for sellers, not sure about buyers. The etsy stock is down 75 percent in less than a year and I believe it will continue down.
Etsy has been scaling back customer service for a few years to increase profits and market share value. Unfortunately, they are doing it by decreasing customer service to sellers. 2. Opening up the score and criteria shows flaws in the Etsy system that need to be fixed and would cost money to do so.
It has been 7 DAYS and etsy refuses to respond. Ive opened 3 support cases now and keep replying to them to see if anyone will take this seriously. However, it does not show great customer service when you won't answer messages or when you create a shipping label just so the item won't show up as late to ship but don't take it to the PO. 01-27-202208:42 AM. April 2021 to the end of January 2022 is 9+ months. You could not issue a refund if you tried. 9 months is far outside the window that credit cards and Etsy allow refunds. For the other guy, unless my math is off, August 2019 is 2 1/2 years, not one and a half.
Politely ask the buyer to photograph the ring on a flat tape measure or ruler with mm increments and send you the image. If the diameter is not a Size 8 (182mm) then you pay the return. If it is the correct size - send her a chart of sizes for rings and explain that it is correct and she must pay return postage.
I sent customer service two messages a week ago, and got two automated messages and have yet to receive a reply. One can only assume it is a case of "do as I say, not as I do". If we were all held up to Etsy's example of customer service (instead of their dictated measures of customer service excellence), we would all get a badge EXCEPT ETSY.
