AOL Desktop Gold lets you personalize the look and feel of your mailbox by adjusting your mail settings to better fit your needs. All on Windows 8 at 1600 x 1200 screen resolution. (These bad results are duplicated exactly on another Windows 8 system at both 1920 x 1080 and 1280 x 1024 using the same browsers.)

In the Print/export section select Download as PDF. The rendering engine starts and a dialog appears to show the rendering progress. When rendering is complete, the dialog shows "The document file has been generated. Download the file to your computer." Click the download link to open the PDF in your selected PDF viewer.
