Bar Rescue is an American reality TV series that premiered on Paramount Network (formerly Spike) on July 17, 2011. It stars Jon Taffer (a long-time food and beverage industry consultant specializing in nightclubs and pubs), who offers his professional expertise, access to service industry experts, and renovations and equipment to desperately failing bars in order to save them from closing.
Jon catches a dirty little secret inside a Navy vet's bar when the surveillance footage reveal the cook taking a shower in the kitchen. Consequently, the night club has a bad reputation due to violence and gangs.
Taffer, an award-winning bar and nightclub industry expert, uses a tough-love approach and proven scientific methods to teach bar owners how to turn their failing businesses into thriving ...
