The 2023–24 season was Al-Wehda's 39th non-consecutive season in the top flight of Saudi football and 78th year in existence as a football club. The club participated in the Pro League, the King Cup, and the Saudi Super Cup. The season covers the period from 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
On 21 May 2024, Al-Kholood and Al-Orobah became the final two clubs to be promoted. Al-Kholood were promoted following a 5–1 win against Al-Safa. [5] Al-Kholood will play in the top flight of Saudi football for the first time in history and will be the 38th side to participate in the Saudi Pro League since its inception.
