The Lil' Miss murder is the name given to the murder case of Lisa Marie Kimmell (July 18, 1969 – April 2, 1988), [1] a young American woman who disappeared while traveling from Denver, Colorado, to her family's home in Billings, Montana.

The second victim was 18-year-old Lisa Marie Kimmell, who went missing on March 25, 1988, while traveling from Denver, Colorado, to Billings, Montana. She was driving a black 1988 Honda CR-X with Montana license plates and "LIL MISS" written on it. [5]
Billings is a native of Wilkesboro, North Carolina. [2] She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1966. She served four years as a state District Court judge (1968–1972). [3] From 1982 to 1984 Billings served on the Board of Governors of the North Carolina Bar Association. [2]
